Kim J. Fallon, CPA
Kim Fallon has been a CPA for 25 years, providing tax planning and tax returns for a variety of clients, including partnerships, corporations, S-corporations, limited liability companies, trusts, and individuals, as well as representing clients with various taxing authorities. Her specialty is consulting with clients regarding tax efficiency and transaction structuring.
Kim is a graduate of both Pickerington High School and Miami University. As a former PricewaterhouseCoopers Senior Tax Accountant, she then switched to industry, where she was Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions with The Richman Group, one of the nation’s leading real estate development and investment companies, where she specialized in the analysis of acquisitions and low-income housing tax credit compliance. In 2008, she founded her own practice, CRCG Tax Compliance LLC. In 2020, Kim merged her practice with Mark A Frazier CPA & Associates Inc., continuing and expanding a specialty practice of nearly 2 decades in Charitable Structures, providing clients with tax efficiency and assisting with transferring wealth through multiple generations.
Jamie A. Miller, CPA
Jamie A. Miller, CPA, is a seasoned professional in business and personal tax preparation. He brings over 20 years of public accounting experience to his clients. He discovered his passion for business and accounting while attending high school in Jackson, OH. A proud alumnus of the University of Rio Grande, Jamie graduated in 1999 with the knowledge and skills to navigate finance and taxation.
Jamie's diverse career spans various roles that have sharpened his analytical and auditing skills. He spent five pivotal years as an auditor for the Office of Inspector General (OIG), where he honed his expertise in compliance and regulatory frameworks, ensuring that public funds were utilized efficiently and effectively. Following his tenure with the Office of Inspector General, Jamie spent two decades as a financial analyst for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Here, he leveraged his analytical prowess to evaluate business and system operations and improve the fiscal sustainability of vital healthcare programs. His contributions at CMS enhanced his understanding of the public sector's financial dynamics and reinforced his commitment to serving the community through responsible financial stewardship.
While in his role with CMS, Jamie built an accounting practice where he served a variety of clients both locally and nationally. During that time, he honed his communication skills and developed business processes to operate a lean and efficient accounting practice. In 2024, Jamie merged his practice with Mark A Frazier CPA & Associates and continues serving a wide variety of clients.
